About the Role

CreativoCode is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Creative Developer to join our creative engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who already has solid frontend experience and is ready to take on more ownership, complexity, and creative responsibility.

As a Mid-Level Creative Developer at CreativoCode, you will help build interactive, animation-driven, and performance-focused digital experiences. You’ll work closely with designers and senior developers to turn ambitious creative ideas into polished, production-ready experiences, while continuously refining your technical and creative expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive, responsive, and visually refined web experiences.
  • Translate complex UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect frontend implementations.
  • Build and maintain animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.
  • Implement scroll-based and state-driven animations.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure design intent is preserved.
  • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code.
  • Optimize performance for animation-heavy and media-rich pages.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device consistency.
  • Debug complex UI, animation, and interaction issues.
  • Contribute ideas to creative and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in frontend or creative development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Solid experience with React / Next.js or similar frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with animation libraries such as GSAP, Framer Motion, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of responsive layouts and modern CSS techniques.
  • Good understanding of performance optimization and animation best practices.
  • Strong attention to visual detail and interaction quality.
  • Ability to collaborate independently with designers and developers.
  • A portfolio showcasing interactive, animated, or creative web projects.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

These are not mandatory, but a plus:

  • Experience with scroll-driven storytelling and advanced animation timelines.
  • Exposure to Three.js / React Three Fiber (R3F) or WebGL.
  • Experience with SVG animations, canvas, or shader-based effects.
  • Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Framer).
  • Basic backend or API integration experience.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards for interactive content.
  • Experience working in a creative agency or product-focused team.
  • Interest in experimental UI, creative coding, or generative visuals.

  • Making technical decisions for animations and interactions within your scope.
  • Improving existing components, animations, and frontend patterns.
  • Supporting junior developers through guidance and code reviews.
