UI/UX Designer

About the Role

CreativoCode is looking for talented UI/UX Designers to join our design team. If you’re passionate about creating beautiful digital experiences, obsessed with clean design, and excited about bringing ideas to life, we’d love to meet you.

As a UI/UX Designer at CreativoCode, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive experiences of our projects. You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to design intuitive, modern, and user-centered interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, modern, and visually striking interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and style guides.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to guide design decisions.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution and consistent visual quality across all screens.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Present design concepts clearly with strong storytelling and reasoning.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, micro-interactions, and emerging design tools.
• Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• A strong portfolio showcasing clean UI, visual craft, and user-focused design thinking.
• Advanced expertise in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, responsive design, design systems).
• Excellent visual design sense: typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and layout.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, and usability best practices.
• Ability to build scalable, maintainable design systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

These are not mandatory, but a plus:

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions (Rive, Lottie, After Effects).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for design-dev collaboration.
• Experience working in an agency or agile environment.
• Illustration skills (character, vector, digital).
• Logo design and visual identity experience.
• Branding expertise (brand systems, art direction, style guides).
• Strength in creative storytelling and concept development.
